So the permissions this core runtime requires are only related to network and wifi settings. It does not require any permissions for your contact information, sdcard storage, or other personal information, which are required for PeerDeviceNet(Free/Full) for sharing media and personal information across devices.
If you are developing connected mobile apps using PeerDeviceNet for device connection and group messaging, and do not need media sharing, this is your choice.
